CSS Preparation for Compulsory Subjects: 4-6 months extensive programme for Compulsory Subjects of CSS Competitive Examination. However, for weak and cautious candidates it continues throughout the year for preparing next year CSS Examination with detailed study of all Compulsory Subjects under the guidance and supervision of highly qualified, experienced and competent Teachers who themselves qualified CSS Examination in the light of their personal experience and tips to secure highest marks. CSS Psychological Tests: Psychological Tests conducted by Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) after passing of Written Examination are important for the candidates for their Occupational Group suitability and allocation. CSS Interview Preparation and Practice: Interview is the last requirement of CSS Competitive Examination process. Therefore, candidates are guided by experience retired Civil Servants for their appearance in Interviews and exposing positive aspects of their personality and potentials for securing highest marks in the Interview from the Commission.
