MCQ Test: Now a days Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) Test is conducted by the concerned High Courts for preliminary/initial screening of the candidates in different subjects of law prescribed in their Advertisements for the posts of the Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate or Additional District and Sessions Judges (AD&SJ). Pass percentage in such MCQ Tests is prescribed more than 60/70 percent marks out of 100 marks. Therefore, MCQs Test is the most important barrier in the way of the aspiring candidates for these Judicial Service Competitive Examinations irrespective of their competence, intelligence and professionalism in the Legal Profession and Practice. Thus, extensive preparation is required for the purpose and aspiring candidates for these Examinations are specially guided for these MCQ Tests so that they can secure highest marks above the prescribed threshold to qualify for their appearance in formal Written Examination for the posts of the Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate or Additional District and Sessions Judges (AD&SJ).
